MISSION STATEMENT
Homecare We Care Ltd is on a mission to provide a service that is delivered flexibly, attentively and in a non-discriminatory fashion while respecting each service user’s right to independence, privacy, dignity, fulfilment, and the rights to make informed choices and to take risks.
We aim to ensure that each service user’s needs and values are respected in matters of religion, culture, race or ethnic origin, sexuality and sexual orientation, political affiliation, marital status, parenthood and disabilities or impairments.
We do this by ensuing the following;
COMPASSION
Our Service users are our reason for being and as such each service users will always be provided with the highest quality of care. Our service users, their family and friends will be treated with empathy, respect, and compassion from our motivated care assistants. Our frequent contact and follow up with each Service user helps maintain our desired quality and level of Home Care we provide.
PARTICIPATION
Our Service users, family and friends will be encouraged to take an active role in the initial planning of care by way of an initial needs assessment; this will form the basis of the service users care plan. The care plan produced will be actively reviewed and monitored at regular intervals in order to continue this useful dialogue and make any necessary adjustments to the care provision. It is paramount that the care provided always meets the service user’s needs.
COMMUNICATION
Homecare We Care Ltd will consult, inform, be transparent and actively encourage feedback on the quality of service provided in an atmosphere which is open and non-judgmental. This will be used to enhance wherever possible the care experience for our service users.
EXCELLENCE
Our ultimate aim is to continually provide a superior, flexible and personalised Home Care service to best fit individual’s needs. Every effort will be made to match each service user to a key worker; this care assistant should then ideally attend at least 70% of those particular service users visits to encourage continuity of care.
VISION STATEMENT
Homecare We Care LTD vision is to ensure the service we provide makes a difference to the quality of life of our service users and that our Staff are valued for their contribution to the service users improved quality of life.
We are working towards having our in house training that will be ready in the near future, we believe with having our own training it can only improve the quality of service we already provide.
The benefits our in-house training will bring:
- Detailed training for care staff on site.
- No more waiting for external companies for dates for training.
- No long word jargon easy to understand and follow.
- Training refreshments done on time.
- Better quality of care for the service user.
- Take on care packages at short notice.
